Shipping & Returns

Items are usually shipped on the day the order is received, or the next business day. All items are shipped via the US Postal service. For US destinations, small quantities (typically 1 or 2 tubes) are sent First Class Mail. Larger quantities are shipped Priority Mail. Items shipped to US destinations should arrive within 3 to 5 days of shipping. For destinations outside the United States, all orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail International. International shipments should arrive within 6 to 10 days. Any duties owed will be the responsibility of the recipient and are not refundable Note: because Verve SLS-free toothpaste is Made in the U.S.A, shipments to Canada are duty free.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied, any unopened tubes, or the unused portion of any opened tubes, may be returned for full refund less shipping costs. We will either credit your charge card, or issue a check, for returned tubes upon receipt. Please contact us for detailed return instructions.
